The baking element in this oven will not function. I replaced it and it did not solve the problem. What is the next step. I was told by your online chat to purchase AP4929088 - Oven Display Repair Kit - $281.72

I don't understand if this is the issue since the broil element, fan for the broiler, and oven lights work. The bake element and the bake fan to not work.

Can you help me pinpoint the problem so that I order the correct thing?
