Fridgidaire Double Oven - Top Oven Not Working
 

Top oven of our Fridgidaire Double Oven (Model #PLEB30T8CCB) does not come on at all. Both broiler and bake elements do not heat at all. I switched the elements to the bottom oven and they work fine - so the elements are not the problem. There is a clicking noise when I hit bake or broil but that is the only noticable indication of a problem. There is no error message or other indication that something is wrong. The thermal switch tests "closed". I suspect it is the relay control board #1 (which controls the top oven) but I would like to be able to test it to be sure before I spend the $ to replace it.
