Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

The back right burner of my KitchenAid Selectra ceramic-top self-clean oven's rangetop is not working. The red light associated with the burner, located next to its control knob, lights but the corresponding burner does not heat up and the red light on the rangetop that warns of a hot burner does not light. All other burners function normally.

Could be the burner/element or the infinite control switch.
Best to disconnect the element and check it with a meter.
They are usually around 20 ohms.
Sometimes you can see that it is burned out.
If it measures OK then replace the infinite control.

If it's the element, can they be replaced in a flattop range? Thanks for your help thus far.
