Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire PLEB30T8CCA Wall Oven - AppliancePartsPros.com Here is the wiring diagram http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodin.../318046110.pdf I am not sure what "Top oven does not heat properly" means. Need more info on what it is doing? Do both elements work? Most units switch between bake and broil during preheat and bake. Does it come ready? Etc.?
