Model Number: RB525N3 Brand: Hotpoint Age: More than 10 years
I can't get the new (gasket) seal around the door, the rim around the door is to tight to get the new seal back on. What should I do? It looks as if the only way I will be able to get the new one on there is if the whole inside of the oven is unscrewed and pulled forward to put it on. Evidently that is how the original one was put on. Before the whole inside was slid in, it was applied beforehand? I don't see any other way to put the rubber gasket on other than to take the whole oven out to apply it? Please tell me if this is so. I don't see how I can get that tight rubber around that rim at all? Thank You
