Symptoms: Top oven will not heat in any mode or temperature setting. The display will read 100, but the elements will not activate. However, if the bottom oven has been on for a period of time, the top oven will work in all modes and temperature settings. Last week I was able to activate the clean mode, by the procedure described above, but it did not aleviate the problem. I have noticed the touch pad becoming more difficult to use - more pressure is needed to activate; however, I do not know if this is related to the problem. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Richard

Hi. Locate the hi - limit thermostat behind the control panel on the left. Check if it's open (no continuity). Replace if needed Part number: 71001844
