Hi

I have the exact same problem as outlined in the post below (no replies unfortunately)... My Jenn Air JGR8875QDS Range randomly beeps and enters 00:00 hold mode.

I just purchased a replacement controller (not the keypad) from AppliancePartsPros.com, replaced it and the same problem is still happening. Could this be the keypad?

Any ideas?
