Model Number: JES8850BAS Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
KEYS that don't work (Convect, Rapid Preheat, Set up on/off, More options, Clean) keys that work (Bake, Broil, Favorites) any help?

Hi.
Remove the control panel, disconnect the flex ribbon from the control board and clean it with isopropyl alcochole. If that not going to help replace the control panel Part number: W10206079 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Control Panel / Top Asy parts for Jenn-Air JES8850BAS - AppliancePartsPros.com Post the results.
