We noticed the oven would not heat so I tried the broil selection and it just gets warm no major heat. I pulled the lower element to check the ohm value and it showes about 21.9 ohms. Also with the lower element removed the broiler will heat hard and normal. One other thing the light on the front pannel does not light up. Can you tell me if the lower element is bad or something else? Thank you in advance.
