Slow pre-heat cycle

When you select the "Bake" mode on the Amana Easy Touch Control 500, Model # AER5515QAW, which element(s) are activated during the pre-heat cycle? Also, once the desired baking temperature is reached, which element(s) are activated to maintain that temperature during the remainder of the "Bake" mode?

Hi.

According the manual both elements are engaged during the preheat and bake, controlled by the board.
