hi, i am writting this for someone who dont have a computer. the question is they have this stove but no serial or model number..they looked the whole stove over and it is not visible its put on in a way you cant see it. anyway, what happened was she was cooking then turned the knob off and heard a sorta loud noise, she thought maybe something fell by the stove, the stove woudnt come back on. they went to the breaker and everytime they turned it on the stove made that sound. do you have any idea or lead way to direct them to as to what it could be. places theyve called said its a old stove and with no model number noone can assist. its about a 1973 1974 stove. its still in great condition, believe or not, but it just oneday made that noise and will do it when the breaker is turned on and off. thank you vanessa
