My Kitchen-Aid Model KEWD175HSS06 Warming drawer is installed as a separate unit under my Kitchen Aid Build in Oven/Microwave combo unit. The light comes on on the warming drawer, but it never gets warm. I have tried different temperature settings but it is like it is not even turned on. The indicator light would lead you to believe it was warming, but not the case. Does anyone have any ideas what I could look at to fix this?
Thanks for any light you can shed on this....

Hi.

You'll need a multimeter and basic skills.

Turn the power off, pull the element few inches out, turn the warmer on and check if there is 120VAC at the elements contacts.
If there is proper voltage - replace the element

Part number: 9760767

If not - with power off check continuity between the thermostat contacts 1and 2.(thermostat is on and one wire is off the thermostat). No continuity - replace the thermostat Part number: 4456533

If the thermostat checks out good - replace the timer board
