Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

My tenant has a Bosch gas range, which we bought in 12/2006 I believe when the house was remodeled. For the last month or so, the two burners in the front, the big "powersim" burner, and the smaller one to the left of it have both been weak. They will start up with a small fire, and in my observation, sometimes be a little stronger, then dwindle back to a small fire. The two small burners in the back, however, work just fine. Any ideas to what's happening with it?

Make sure the burners are clean and the burner caps and housings are not misplaced. If it would not help, replace the jet holders for the front burners.
