My oven doesn't work even though i changed my control board. which was repaired and put back but it still doesn't heat up.

Here are your parts, includes a wiring diagram.

You will see on the wiring diagram there is a thermal breaker in the element circuit perhaps this is popped.
I believe it is Item 141 in Section 1.
Remove power from the unit and one side of the breaker and measure it with a meter, should be 0 ohms.
The wiring diagram shows a breaker but looking at the part picture it shows a thermostat.
If it is a breaker it will have a button on the back/connector side that has popped out.
