Can I manually self clean my electric self cleaning oven made by O'Keefe & Merritt? The clock is broken. I am planning to move the clock manually after I set the start and stop dials of the automatic oven timer. The start dial move with the movement of the clock. The only requirement was to space the start and stop by 2 hours. When the start time coincide withe stop time the cleaning will eventually stop. At least that's my analysis. Is there anyone who can help me justify this theory of mine?

The broken clock is Radial and not Digital, so it can be moved manually.
