I am trying to reassemble the upper oven door after replacing the gasket that protects the rear glass; however, I have an L-shaped bracket that I have no clue where it fits. I tried to note the location of parts; however, when I separated the outer cover, the inner parts popped out.

The door seems to function okay without this part, but I fear that it has a function that will ultimately cause trouble if it's not installed correctly.

I looked at the exploded drawing for the parts, but I don't find the bracket.
