Bosch oven thermostat replacement

Model Number: HBL 442 AUC Brand: Bosch Age: More than 10 years

I just recently bought a new oven thermostat to replace on my Bosch HBL442 AUC oven and am now trying to figure out how to remove and replace the temperature sensors themselves. Replacing the switch is pretty simple but I do not see an easy way to replace the sensor. Can you help?
