replace the ribbon cable
Model Number: JTP15 Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
GE True Temp wall Oven
Model JTP15 Two of the oven touch buttons do not register/work (BAKE and DELAY START) on the electronic display panel while the other buttons (BROIL, COOKING TIME, CLEAN, OVEN LIGHT, TIMER,CLOCK, START,CLEAR/START) do register and work. I tried turning off/on the circuit breaker but that did not work. I replaced the electric control = GE part number - WB27T10305. After the replacing the electric control with a new one, I still get the same exact results. At this point I want to replace the ribbon cable that is on the keyboard panel that connects to the electronic control. I need to know how to order the ribbon cable. See attached pictures.
