Whirlpool Gold range/oven
Model Number: GY396LXPB01 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
We have a weekend place with a Whirlpool Gold range/oven. Problem: The PF error code is displayed, no oven, burners still operate. Facts: I usually turn the main breaker off when we leave. I have tried turning on and off power supply. Power going into unit checks out, power at the breaker box checks out. None of the keys on the pad function, no beeps or changes in display when keys are depressed. Thank you for your help. Related Models

Hi.
Unplug the range, open the control panel, disconnect the flex ribbon from the control board and use the isopropyl alcohol to clean the edge and control board plug. Make sure it's all dry before plugging it in. If that doesn't help - replace the control panel Part number: W10122296 Check the color before ordering.
