Model Number: CVS236 Brand: Thermador Age: 1 - 5 years
Thermador CVS236/UCV2 downdraft vent, for no reason, started running at high speed with the speed control switch in the off position. In position 1 the blower runs slower then low. In position 2 it runs at low speed in position 3 it runs at high speed. The only was to shut the fan off is to lower the snorkel of turn the breaker off. Is this an indication of a bad speed control switch? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
