Oven Door Wont Close
Model Number: RB5305PDD2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
The oven door wont close, needs a part to replace but not sure which part fits this model. I have seen lots of similar issues but none that match my model. Please advise

Sorry, I guess the model # is rbs305pd. it is a drop down door. It just doesnt close enough to be able to heat up. if I push it in about an inch and hold it, the oven begins heating. Assume it is either the hinges or spring or both? Thank you for replying...

Possible that the problem is a bad door hinge. You have to replace both of them even if only one is bad. Left and right side hinges are identical.
