GE Profile Gas Oven Slow To Warm/ No Broiler either
Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
I have a problem with my oven taking a very long time to come on. I have removed the bottom cover, the igniter is coming on and staying on along time before the gas turns on and it lights. I also checked the broiler (we hardly ever use it)and noticed that the igniter not even coming on so it never lights. I was wondering what could the possibility be that both igniters are out and possibly never noticed the broiler because we seldom use it? Is there any part that may cause them both to malfunction? I have a GE Profile Gas model #JGSP44WEY6WW. I would be appreciative for any feedback. Thanks!
