I recently moved into a condo, the stove and oven unit was working fine. Today I was checking the oven, and the door has a rather heavy spring so when I let go to close it, it slams back pretty hard.

Every since then, it is on a 3 hour countdown that cannot be stopped with pressing any buttons. After it ended, the alarm rang and it is stuck on the "end" screen with a led light also lit under "program".

I could not get out of that so I tried to unplug restart the machine, now it is doing the 3 hour countdown again. The only responsive button is "clock" which temporarily shows the time before going back to the 3 hour countdown.

What is this and how do I get out of this mode? (please refer to attached .jpg image)
