KitchenAid Range ignitor problem
Model Number: kgrt507bwh3 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
Just bought, cleaned, and installed this used range. As soon as it was plugged in, the surface ignitors started to fire, with all knobs turned to off. They all fire at the same time, about every 11 seconds. All burners will light, but not as soon as turned on, but whenever the next cycle of firing. Also the ignitors continue to fire with the burners light. My understanding is that they should only fire when the knob is turned on. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice, as I am stumped. Thanks.
