Problem description: Thermador Built in oven; SC301ZP Oven turns on, never gets to correct temperature. Broiler will work. Fan turns on. If oven gets to 230 degrees and set to 200 overn turns off. Heating element reads 20.3 Ohms. Thank you, FrankI sent in the above and was directed to replace the thermal sensor kit, I tested the unit in the oven and it reads 1097 ohms which indicates, I beleive, that it has not failed. Next step? Thank you, Frank frankg@accentservices.com

Sometimes thermal sensors can fail at temps higher then room temperature. So it may check ok at room temp, but when the oven starts to heat it up then it fails. Seen it happen.

I installed the new Thermal kit. The oven will still not heat up right. Set on 350, it heats up to 300 or 310. Set to 350 on convection, its heats to 350. Increase to 400 on oven, it heats to 370 and stops there. Changed to 400 on convection, it heated to 400. Thoughts? Frank frankg@accentservices.com
