If you didn't replace the board that what I suggest you to do. Check the harness between the board and the membrane. Thank you. Simon.

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for GR773LXSS models | AppliancePartsPros.com If as Simon said you replaced the control board/clock (Item 12 in Section 2) and the membrane switch/keypad (Item 9 in Section 2) then all that is left is the cable ( Item 20 in Section 2) which connects the two devices together. Connector Cleaning / Checking Unplug the unit Open it up Remove the ribbon cable (Item 20 in Section 2). Clean the edge connector. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. If it is the type where there is not a connector just the insulation is removed, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser as it is too abrasive. Check the tracks in the ribbon cable for hairline cracks. A magnifying glass helps here. Check the tracks for continuity using a meter. Reconnect everything and give it a try.

I do have both new parts item 9 & 12 installed in the range.
The cable doesn't seem like it would be easy to clean so I just ordered a new one. If this does not correct the problem then what could it be? Is is possible that the new control board that I ordered is a bad one? I'm getting quite discouraged because I thought this would be a fairly easy fix. Quote:

Hi.
Do you know that you can return all unused parts to APP even if they been installed? Simon.

Thank you Simon I do know that.
But my question is, what next if the cable does not fix the problem? Any suggestions? |

If this does not correct the problem then what could it be?
As far as I know you will have replaced all 3 parts which could produce this error so a bad replacement part is a possibility. Though it would be a rare occurrence when a defective part gives the same error as the part replaced.

I finally fixed the problem. It turned out to be the wire harness connecting the control board and membrane switch. Thankfully it was the cheapest part to replace!
Thank you for all your suggestions and help. It's nice to finally have my oven working again! Appliance Parts Pros are the best!!! Quote:
