After a power outage the range top burners work fine. The bake, broil and clean buttons do not work. When pressed the display just says "OFF". So nothing even comes on to troubleshoot. It is almost acting as if the oven lock is engaged? When I unplug and plug back in the lock button turns red for an instant the goes off. The clock and timer work fine but the oven buttons just say OFF when pressed. Not sure if I have a bad board or something shorted out. Not sure where to start since the oven won't even turn on when it says off on the display. I received the stove from my Dad after he passed away so there were no instructions or parts list. Any help to point me in the right direction so I can look at it this weekend?

Replaced control panel and everything is working great. A little pricey but better than purchasing a new oven!
