I have a Jenn-Air jgs9900cds that has had a cracked top for a few years. I don't believe we dropped anything on the top and rather we believe it cracked from heat stress. Jenn-Air states they will warranty the part if it truely is from heat stress.

I would like to replace it myself if possible but I can not find any information on this specific model. Does anyone have the service manual or other instructions on how to replace the p/n W10204944?

Also, this range has another issue that would be a bonus to resolve... When certain combinations of burners are on all four ignitors will constantly click/spark. I believe it always happens when the front 2 burners are on, though it can happen when only one burner is on. It is a mystery to me.
