Trying to Remove Control Panel from Oven

Model Number: 6498VVV Brand: Magic Chef Age: 5 - 10 years

Folks I have a Magic Chef Gas Range, Model 6498VVV, with electronic controller with sealed burners. I need to replace the control panel as I can no longer set the time on it nor can I increase the temperature of the oven, It looks like my grandson was using a knife blade to push in the up arrow to increase the heat for the oven and cut all the way throught the bubble button. I am going to have to replace the complete controller.

The control console on the front of the stove had (3) screws on the bottom which I have removed however it appears to be attached to something at tht top. Since this stove has sealed burners I cannot raise the top to see what is holding the control panel in. Can someone tell me hw to remove this front section of the stove that the control panel is in so I can replace the control panel?
