There is blinking FC code on time panel and also alarm is on .Can u tell me whats wrong?I know by reading online that its wiring harness or power relay board.But can u tell me what part needs to be replaced and also how much will a electric technician charge me?

The troubleshooting has to be performed to determine which part has to be replaced. I do not think an electric technician will be able to help you. You need a certified appliance technician. The cost of repair depends or what has to be done.
