Double wall oven. Display shows time and F7 for both the top and bottom ovens. Cannot turn on and none of the buttons respond.

Houston we have a problem!!!
I cannot find any info at Whirlpool on this unit. I cannot find any info anywhere on the given model number. Please check it. Are you sure it has a zero in it? Is it a Whirlpool? If I take the zero out, I find a GE unit at AppliancePartsPros. F7 on GE's is usually a keypad error (stuck key). Remove power from the unit. Unplug the keypad from the control board. Power it up. If error reoccurs then replace the control board. If error disappears then replace the keypad (control panel). Still a bit of a crap shoot but your odds are better.

I have had the same problem for years on my ge oven. Here's what I do . Turn oven braker off, take 1/4 screws out of control panel and take connector wire apart from control panel . I use dielectric grease on connections ,wipe off and plug back in.It seems to get a bad connection and gives off the code. I also was told to put a piece of thin (match book) card board between the ribbon wire and the entrance to the front of the touch pad. This insulates the ribbon wire next to the metal entrance .It's worked for me and is cheaper than the new parts.
