Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram
Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FEF322BAWE | AppliancePartsPros.com

Remove power from the unit and remove the bake element as this needs replacing and may be causing a short to the case/frame. Tape up the connectors and make sure they cannot short to the frame. Then do the following, this will let you diagnose the problem as it may not be worth putting a lot of dollars into this unit so it is best to find out what if any additional parts are required. I think I would remove the back cover and pull the bake element connectors out of the oven cavity then you can see if broil still works.

Since the surface elements and the oven elements are controlled separately on this unit sounds like you have lost your 240 volts.

First check that the breaker/fuses in the house wiring is OK.
Next check that you have 240 volts at the receptacle.
Next remove the rear cover and check the terminal block in the unit also the wiring, could be a wire has burned off. Be sure to remove power from the unit when doing this.

NOTE: Be very careful a stove runs on 240 volts which can be lethal.
Always unplug it or trip the breaker when working in the stove!!!
