Jenn Air SVE47600W partial function
Model Number: SVE47600W Brand: Jenn-Air Age: More than 10 years
Hi there;
This range is at our vacation home and doesn't get a lot of use. We also have frequent power outages. Range stopped working in 2009 and I replaced the control panel located behind the Touch Panel. Recently only a couple of the Touch buttoms respond...Convection Roast, Clock and Fan...No beeps from other buttons. I checked ribbon connector and other connections. Will the Touch Membrane reset ( stop +clear x 15 seconds ) help or do I need a new Touch Control Membrane ..(or perhaps a new Control Panel although I recently replaced it). Range top burners OK. When use oven ...convection roast...temp seems fine and digital display is OK. Have to turn oven off by throwing breaker switch... Looking forward to your reply Ads By Google Related Models

Hi.
Turn the power off. Open the control panel and disconnect the flex ribbon connector from the control board. Using the pencil eraser clean the edge of the connector.
