Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

My trouble started with the bake button not working. I used the convection bake with worked ok. Next day the bake button work but the beeped and shutoff. Tried the convection and it started but started beeping then I got code F2:E3. Now no matter what button I use I end up getting that same code. I can not find what this code means.

F2:E3 looks like a shorted key on the control pane (Item 1 in Section 1).
Unfortunately they do not publish the ribbon cable outputs so you cannot confirm this.

I would try removing power from the unit for a couple minutes to see if the microcomputer will reset itself.

Thank you for your help, I pulled the control panel and there are some clear relays that look like the points are burnt. So I think I need the whole assembly.
