Thermador Gas Stovetop Won't Light
Model Number: PCG364GD Brand: Thermador Age: Less than 1 year
Thermador gas stovetop. It has 2 burners on left side, 2 burners on the right & an electric griddle in the center. Burners on the right side work fine as well as the griddle. The potentiometer was shorted out on the far left knob. Both burners on the left will not light.
I have replaced the shorted potentiometer with a new one. Only change is the indicator light on the front panel illuminates, grill will not light. What should I look at next?? Would appreciate ANY HELP THANKS!! Ads By Google Related Models

Hi.
If there is no spark sound switch around two spark modules and if that doesn't help - replace the control board. The control Part number: 619016 The spark module Part number: 619017 When reassembling make sure that there is a VERY GOOD connection from the burners to the ground. Wire-brush and clean them well. To get to the parts you need to remove the left side burners and lift the plate. Good luck. Simon.
