I live in Toronto. My Kitchenaid double wall oven KEBC208KSS02 has failed 3 times now. 18 months ago, following a self-cleaning cycle, the upper oven would not heat. We determined that the upper oven relay on the main board was 'cooked'. I had it replaced for $50. I reassembled the oven and it worked perfectly...for a year.
Six months ago, same problem, same repair. Fixed.
Now, same problem, but this time sent the board (and touch panel this time) to a different repair facility. They returned them, again having replaced the relay for the upper oven. When I reinstalled all the wiring, I now have nothing at all on the display. When I switch the breaker back on, it goes through what sounds like a series of clicks followed by 2 beeps, a very short pause, then 3 beeps, then nothing. Completely unresponsive.
Any ideas on what I may have done wrong, or what needs to be done?

Hi.

There is obviously problem with the control board. Check the installation and if it's OK - then send it back to the shop.
