Aloha!

I am trying to change the Front large element on my glass top stove. The part I was sent from your company is the right size but only has 4 connectors. My old one has 5. I called to check that I have the right part. I was told by the staff that I have the right part. I have no where to connect the white wire. She said I need to check with the Q & A. Please help.

I completely removed the old burner and discovered the burner part is different too. I am going to inquire about the duel burner.

I do not know if this will help but the element you need is Item 14 in Section 5.
It is a dual element but the design has changed, looks like they removed a separator from between the elements.

If you click on the parts picture a new page will open with a Q&A section that may help. Try all 3 part numbers for this element.

The parts also includes a wiring layout and diagram but it does not show a white going to the element.
