Oven won't heat, Stove works fine
Model Number: fefl79jba Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
Help...Have 3 year old Frigidaire range, model FEFL79BJA. Neither burner in oven will heat. Convection fan operates when oven turned on and panel shows the proper oven element selected. The stove burners operate just fine. Everything seems to operate except the oven burner elements. Help

Hi.
You will need to open the control panel, set the oven to Bake and using the multimeter check for 240VAC between L2out and BK. If there is no 240v - replace the control board. If voltage is present - trace the wires to the elements, see if there any broken contacts etc. The control board Part number: 316462868 You also may need the overlay Part number: 316419704 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for Frigidaire FEFL79JBA ELECTRIC RANGE | AppliancePartsPros.com Thank you.
