Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

One of the top burners shorter out I replaced the burner but the control panel does not work also the oven. The top burners work ok.

The unit is actually a Frigidaire.

Here is the wiring diagram

There is not a fuse in the oven power line so odds are that when the element shorted the power spike blew the control board (see below).
I would check the wiring just to be sure that another wire did not burn up.

You may also need a new overlay depending how the old one comes off.
