oven will not lite the micro computer and valve reg has been replaced with new. the igniter is ok . when the button is pushed for bake it says pre heating but it does not lite

I also have a Whirlpool. This is model: GW395LEGB5. It also has the exact same problem. Is this a Whirlpool thing? The ignitor seems fine. The broiler and stove top all work fine...but the lower oven unit does not ignite...the ignitor seems fine, but does not heat up/glow. Any insight or help is appreciated!
