Hi.

You need to check the oven temperature sensor resistance.
Set your multimeter to the highest setting and check the sensor. Normal reading at room temperature should be 1 - 1.1 Kohm.
If the sensor OK - then most likely it's the control board.

The sensor Part number: 12001656
Part number: 12001656

Thank you. Post the results.

A lot depends on how "does not reach correct temperature " is interpreted.

If you put an oven thermometer in the oven and when the oven comes ready (preheat off) the actual oven temperature is low then the sensor is the most likely cause as Simon said.

If the unit stays in preheat and never comes ready then it could be that one of the elements is not coming on. Most units switch back and forth between the elements in preheat and bake. This could be a blown element or the control board.
