When I set the oven temp to 350 or any temp for that matter, it over heats and burns up the food. Could it be the thermostat?

Hi. The oven temperature is controlled by the sensor and control board. Check the sensor's resistance. At room temperature the resistance should be 1 - 1.1 kohm. If it's different - replace the sensor Part number: 12001656
