Default Oven Door issues
Model Number: PRG3000P   Brand: Jenn-Air   Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi, my oven door opens nicely but when I bring it up and close the door it will make a loud pop and the door will fall about an inch. Not fall open but just literally drop down by 1 inch. I have removed the door and reinstalled a few times to no avail. Could the hinge be bad? I removed them both and they seem to be fine. Just a simple spring and arm - I don't see anything wrong with them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
