I could not find any technical data on this unit.

Have you tried flipping the breaker off to the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset?

A general listing of Amana fault codes does give F4 as an open or shorted oven sensor (Item 14 in Section 6) but I cannot say if it applies to this unit. Also seems weird that it would go off when the unit is not in use but who knows they may monitor it all the time.

If it checks out OK then my guess would be that the control board is shot and it is no longer available.
There are companies out there that will repair obsolete control boards but as I said I am just guessing about it being the problem.
