Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have a Jenn-Air Model SVD48600W. No power or working functions on the unit....unit is totally dead. Verified I have electical power to rear panel of unit. Is it a relay board problem or electronic oven control?

Hi.

If you are getting 240VAC between L1 - L2 at the relay board then most likely you need to replace it.

The relay board Part number: 12001691
