Model Number: CHG9800BAE Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Maytag slide in model with a bad clock assembly. I have ordered and received the replacement part (4 on the parts diagram). It looks like it will be a simple plug in but I can't figure out how to remove the faceplate (12 on diagram) to switch out the unit. Another thread (years old) for a similar model mentioned clips that can release the top burners. Any guidance on where these are and how to pop the top would be appreciated.
