When we try use the bake, the oven won't light. Broil works. Preheat will light the oven but doesn't seem to get the oven to the right temp. EOC problem or ignitor? Do the Broil an Bake use different ignitors?

They are different in length. There's a good chance the ignitor could be bad. Take a look at it, sometimes you can see it's actually broken. If it's not visibly broken then a volt meter will need to come into play. You could undo the broil ignitor and plug it into the bake ignitor plug and at least see if it does glow. That will rule out the EOC for you.
