Heat senser

Model Number: FEF355BFWA Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

Is the heat senser the same thing as the probe in the oven? I am getting an F3 on my display when my oven heats to temp. and it shuts the oven off.

Is the heat senser the same thing as the probe in the oven? I am getting an F3 on my
