the oven igniter does not come on if the temp is set less than 400, also sometimes it shows on the display oven on when first set but after a few seconds beeps and shuts off , I have changed the igniter but still having the same problem , would you help .

Hi.

Most likely the problem is bad clock/control board. This part is no longer available.
There is a small chance that oven sensor is out of calibration.
Using the multimeter check it's resistance. You should read approx. 1050 ohm at room temperature.
If it's checks OK - start looking for a new range.
