The Lower bake element wont heat up. The Broiler heats up fine. The element is good. What else can cause the bake element not to work.

See the attachment for the tech sheet

Check the wiring from the control board to the element.
If it is OK and the unit stays or takes a long time to reach set point in preheat bake with just the broil cycling then odds are that the control board is toast.
